Guidelines for the submission and preparation of abstracts

 
  • Please read the guidelines before submitting your abstract.
  • Abstracts should only be submitted online via the specified Abstract Form (Abstracts).
  • Please prepare abstracts only in English.
  • Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts should be submitted within the announced deadline (until June 19, 2022 for participants registered in regular registration). Abstracts received after the deadline will not be taken into account.
  • Abstracts will be presented in the form of oral or poster presentations. The preferred mode of presentation can be marked, but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
  • Please prepare presentations and posters in English. The preferred language of speeches is English (presentations can also be delivered in Polish, with the necessity to prepare a presentation/poster in English).
  • The abstract can be up to 400 words long (counted without the title, authors, and affiliation data).
  • The abstract cannot contain tables and figures.
  • Presenting authors must be registered participants. To submit an abstract, the presenting author must first register and obtain an ID, which should be provided when completing the Abstract Form.
  • Please also note that Abstract Presenters must pay the full applicable fee (Accompanying Person fee is not an option for Abstract Presenters).
