Guidelines for the submission and preparation of abstracts

Please read the guidelines before submitting your abstract.
Abstracts should only be submitted online via the specified Abstract Form (Abstracts).
Please prepare abstracts only in English.
Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted.
Abstracts should be submitted within the announced deadline (until June 19, 2022 for participants registered in regular registration). Abstracts received after the deadline will not be taken into account.
Abstracts will be presented in the form of oral or poster presentations. The preferred mode of presentation can be marked, but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
Please prepare presentations and posters in English. The preferred language of speeches is English (presentations can also be delivered in Polish, with the necessity to prepare a presentation/poster in English).
The abstract can be up to 400 words long (counted without the title, authors, and affiliation data).
The abstract cannot contain tables and figures.
Presenting authors must be registered participants. To submit an abstract, the presenting author must first register and obtain an ID, which should be provided when completing the Abstract Form.
Please also note that Abstract Presenters must pay the full applicable fee (Accompanying Person fee is not an option for Abstract Presenters).
